Eclectic Art Jewelry

My designs for your viewing are just a few of many that are on display at the gallery. Any necklace can be sized for customer’s desired length. Preference of earring wire designs or gauge of wire can be changed.

Artist's Style

I strive to make unique pieces of jewelry. My designs may be tastefully simple or outrageous and eclectic. I believe outrageous designs make a statement and the simple designs makes for elegance! I design and manufacture each piece by hand with a careful attention to design and fine craftsmanship. I incorporate into my work; geometric designs, colorful beads, and my handmade clasps and chains set my pieces apart from any others.

Materials

I like to use Semi-Precious Gemstones, Swarovski Crystals, glass beads, sterling silver tubes, sterling silver wire, non-tarnish silver wire, leather, a mix of various sterling silver beads and jewelry findings.

Art Philosophy

Designs need to be fresh, unique, and original. There is no end to always developing different ideas, creating designs that are unlike anyone else’s work. The dedication, love, and patience I have are virtues to enable me to continue making one of kind pieces of jewelry. I am rewarded when my customers tell me they know how much love goes into each piece I design.

Artistic Beginnings

After attending jewelry school I first worked with fine gold and Precious Gemstones, which is very labor intensive. I then started having lots of fun working with sterling silver and Semi-Precious Gemstones. This is where I found my comfort zone in designing and hand making jewelry I visually desired for many years. My work has been displayed in many art showings throughout Kansas City. My sons, Brooks and Spencer, continually inspire and encourage me to move forward with my jewelry for new beginnings in marketing, exposure to galleries, boutiques, and the internet.
