Northland Exposure Artists' Gallery, LLC, Parkville, Missouri, USA, hereinafter referred to as NEAG, owns and operates a registered website on the World Wide Web, http://www.northlandartists.com.   By accessing and using the NEAG Site you agree to comply with all the following terms and conditions of use.

Ownership.  Unless otherwise indicated, NEAG holds all rights to the layout, data, images, text, and any other information contained in the website (“site content”). All site content is subject to U.S. and international intellectual property laws.  All photographs of member artists and their artwork are proprietary to the artists.

Permitted Use. The materials and information provided in this website are for limited personal, non-commercial, and educational uses only. NEAG must be cited as the source of all copyrighted content.  Any commercial use, publication, or inappropriate use of the site content is strictly prohibited.

Images.  Images, whether graphic or photographic, used on the NEAG Site are the property of their respective copyright owners, and are used by NEAG pursuant to express authorization from the copyright owners or their agents. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any use of the images, including the reproduction, modification, distribution or replication of same, without the prior written permission of the owner of the Copyright, their agents, or NEAG is strictly prohibited.  If you believe that work has been represented in a way that constitutes copyright infringement against you, please submit a written notification to the Webmaster.
